No data is collected.
TrackMap does not collect, transmit, store, sell, or share any user data. Everything the extension does happens entirely on your device.
What the extension sees
To do its job, TrackMap reads the URLs of pages you visit, the cookies set by those pages, and outgoing network requests made by those pages. It also injects a script that monitors browser API calls (such as canvas and AudioContext) made by page scripts.
None of this information leaves your browser. It is processed locally, displayed to you in the popup, and discarded when you close the tab.
What the extension does not do
TrackMap does not send any data to a server. It has no backend, no analytics, no crash reporting, and no telemetry of any kind. It does not use third-party services. It does not store your browsing history. It does not sync data to your Google account or any other account.
Third parties
There are none. TrackMap operates entirely offline using rules bundled within the extension itself.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of the extension changes how data is handled, this policy will be updated before that version is published.
